The guy who helped us was very friendly. He took our orders, made my drinks, he asked me to make sure to share my photos and thanked me for being a member of Offline Tampa Bay. It was a really great experience. The food came out quickly and I really enjoyed the drinks and the pho. My gluten allergy was taken seriously as well. I felt very comfortable eating there. The 3 D decor was really cool also!

This place is pretty cool. My co worker and I came here for lunch and it's such a cute place. The staff is friendly, gave us great suggestions, and the food......OMFG we'll def be back

The atmosphere is good. I loved the black and white decor, and music was not too loud, allowing you to have a good conversation. There's plenty of parking in the plaza. The menu is somehow hard to read as there are so many options, but they have added a "star" next to the favorite plates in the menu. With drink and appetizer, expect to pay $25+ per person. Given that I would consider this a "fast food" place (you order with the cashier and sit down to wait for your food"), I think the price is a bit high for the menu options, including the bubble tea. Attention is good, and the food came out really fast.

My family and I love this place! The noodle bowls are excellent and the portions are plentiful. I have been several times and the food is always delicious. I’ve had the seafood pho, the Vong Way and the pork egg rolls. The service is always friendly, helpful and courteous. And the atmosphere is fun with the creative restaurant doodle design on the walls and furniture. Their milk tea and specialty drinks are also tasty. If this place was closer to me I would be there every week!

Such a fun, welcoming neighborhood gem! We're just in town for the weekend and decided to try it on a whim and are so glad we did. The staff is so friendly–we had such lovely conversations with Mimi and the bartender–and the Vong Way was absolutely scrumptious. The drinks were also bomb - highly recommend the Crimson Kiss. Please open a location in NYC!

Amazing experience every time I go! Food is delicious and fresh (I have celiac and they have plenty of Gluten Free and Vegan Options and I haven’t been worried about cross-contamination), the General Manager is very kind and attentive and the interior space is very unique! They also have outdoor seating! So happy we have an allergy-friendly location to visit in Westchase!

I absolutely loved my PHO Soup with chicken and beef broth, the pan seared pork dumplings were absolutely delicious! The portions are huge and plenty to take home. I highly recommend everyone to stop in for lunch, and they have so many specialty items, 10/10

We have been there twice and love it. The atmosphere is cute, authentic and feels like you’re in a comic book. A lot of variety of noodles. We had rib pho, Buddha bowl, the Vong way bowl. 2nd time we had vermicelli noodle bowl (which doesn’t use the regular rice noodles at all Vietnamese restaurants). Has the pad Thai too and the sauce was a bit too sour. Other than that - with the variety I didn’t mind trying out their menu. It is a bit more than usually places for noodle but it’s a business that probably has a huge overhead so appreciate the art, atmosphere and servers/owners.
